In the presence of Ricardus Filangerius marescalcus imperatoris et regni Ierosolimitani balivus et sacri imperii legatus in partibus Syrie, Isabella de Betsan, the daughter of the late Philippus Rufus, and Bertrandus Porcelet her husband sell under seal to the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans, represented by frater Luttolfus preceptor domus hospitalis sancte Marie Theotonicorum Ierosolimitani, the casale of Arabia with all its dependencies and rights, and with the gastinae of Berhenne, Mizera and Miscalim, and with all their villani, their wives and heirs, for 3600 Saracen besants, which they record having received. Witnesses: Boemundus dominus Bothoronis; Thomas de Ham conestabulus Tripolitanus; Henricus de Rufi; Radulfus nepos eius; Philippus de Maugastel; Ingeramus de Femium.
