Pope Honorius III confirms for the magister and brothers of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans the sale to them by the comes de Hennenberch, his wife Beatrix and son Otto of Castellum Regis with all its dependencies, except for the casale called Ihazon, with the consent of King John of Jerusalem, whose sealed charter the pope has seen.
