May 29. Acre. Cardinal Pelagius of Albano, the apostolic legate confirms under seal that Simon Tirensis archiepiscopus and his chapter, wishing to provide for their church, have sold in Pelagius’s presence the casale called Livadi in Cyprus, which they had been given by King Aimery, to E. archiepiscopus Nicosiensis and the church of Nicosia for 2200 Saracen besants, with the agreement of Patriarch R. of Jerusalem.
