Dec. 16. Acre. In the church of St Mark of the Venetians. Philippus Cornarius bajulus Venetorum informs Ugo de Ajola and Gaitanus consules Pisanorum that on the following day he will give his judgement in the case arising between them and the Genoese and orders them to be present, together with Pechius, who had been consul Pisanorum. Witnesses: Thomas Dandolo; Andreas Vidalis; Nicholaus Quirinus; Andreas de Auro; Marsilius Balbus; Matthaeus Teu-pulus; Jacobus Cavaturta magister Henricus judex Pisanorum; Ugo de Thodesco; Porcellinus, who had once been consul Pisanorum.
