Jan. 24. Tyre. Riccardus Filangerius imperialis marescalcus, sacri imperii legatus in partibus cismarinis et regni Ierusalem balivus, records under seal that in his presence and that of the liegemen [homines ligii] domnus Philippus de Malgastel and domnus [Guarnerius] Theutonicus, Sitalmelech, the daughter of the late Abdelmesie Suriani, and her sons Munsur and Siliman, sold the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans a fourth part of their casale called Cabesie for 206 Saracen besants. Frater Deustisaluus of the Hospital of St Mary of the Germans was put in possession [dederunt saisinam] of the property, which will be held securely, according to the usage and custom of the kingdom of Jerusalem.
