Aug. 4. Anagni. Hearing of that the bishop of Tiberias, whose diocese is on the frontier with the Sarraceni, is suffering such severe difficulties that he can no longer continue, Pope Innocent IV authorizes the patriarch of Jerusalem, the papal legate, to provide for him in any other archbishopric or bishopric in the province that falls vacant.
