Aug. 8. Anagni. In response to complaints by magister Ph. canonicus Bibliensis and magister Augustinus canonicus Bibliensis about the behaviour and views of the episcopus Bibliensis, the patriarch of Antioch excommunicated the bishop. But the bishop persisted in his unacceptable and extravagant manner. Pope Innocent IV orders the archbishop of Tyre and the bishop-elect of Tripoli to proceed against him. (
