Pope Innocent IV writes to Archbishop [Eustorge] of Nicosia, replying favourably to his entreaties by granting the archbishop exemption from sentences of excommunication, interdict, or suspension promulgated by papal delegate, subdelegate, executor, or conservator without special mandate of the Apostolic See expressly mentioning this indulgence.
