*Before September 29. In an agreement negotiated with Petrus de Terico, a citizen of Montpellier, [the government of the kingdom of Jerusalem] exempts the merchants of Montpellier, and those trading in association with them, from two-thirds of the duty owed to the catheniae of Acre and Tripoli. The agreement will come into effect with the first arrival in the port of Acre of the ship (navis) called La Baninhaira.
