*†Jul. 22 – Autumn. Godfrey of Bouillon grants the Genoese the privileges of paying no levy in Jerusalem and of having their own consul and court, reserving to himself only justice of blood. Wherever the Genoese have assisted the king with 40 or more men they will enjoy half of all rights.
