*c. Nov. 11 1100 – Apr. 2 1118. King Baldwin I gives the abbey of Mt Sion a corner of the city of Jerusalem [angulum civitatis] on either side of the entrance to Jerusalem from Mt Sion, with the tables of money-changers [tabulae cambii], gardens, baths and houses inside and outside the walls, with a gap in the wall in which to make a gate, a land held in burgess tenure [terra burgesie] outside Akeldama [Alchedemac] and a vineyard to the south.
