With the agreement of his brother domnus Balduinus Ramatensis, Balianus domnus Neapolis atque Ybelini and his wife Queen Maria, confrater and consoror of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, make a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, under the government of Rogerius de Molendinis magister and frater Garnerius preceptor magnus, and in the presence of frater Garinus de Belna and frater Alexander. They give 2 carrucate terre before the city of Ramla.
