B[ali]anus [Ne]apolitanus domnus, with the agreement of King Baldwin IV [and] his brother, pledges his assisia of 1000 besants at Ascalon, which he holds of Sibylla Ioppes et Ascalonę comitissa, to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem for 2 years, until the Hospitallers have gained 2000 besants from the assisia. With the agreement of his brother domnus Balduinus Ramatensis, Balianus domnus Neapolis atque Ybelini and his wife Queen Maria, confrater and consoror of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, make a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, under the government of Rogerius de Molendinis magister and frater Garnerius preceptor magnus, and in the presence of frater Garinus de Belna and frater Alexander. They give 2 carrucate terre before the city of Ramla.
