text: Apr. 21. Hainfredus, son of dominus Hainfredus juvenis, with the agreement of his lord Rainaldus princeps, terre Montis Regalis et Ebronensis dominus, and domina Stephania his mother, the wife of Rainaldus, makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the lepers of the leprosary of St Lazarus, living next to the walls of the holy city of Jerusalem, for the benefit of the souls of Philippus his grandfather, dominus Hainfredus connestabulus and dominus Hainfredus his father, and also to benefit his mother Stephania and her husband dominus Rainaldus princeps, and so that he might share in the prayers and merits of the sick and healthy members of St Lazarus. He gives an annual rent of 20 besants to be drawn from his assisia at the funda of Acre, which he held by hereditary right from King Baldwin IV, on the same terms as those imposed when he received the assisia and other assisi[ae] of the funda. His charter is also sealed by King Baldwin [IV], who confirms the alms gift.
