text: Dec. 1-31. Nicosia. Henry, Dei gratia rex Cipri, makes a sealed grant to dominus Eustorgius Nicosiensis archiepiscopus, representing the church of Nicosia. He gives the casale or prestria called Mendias, freed from servitium, with all its rustici, masculine and feminine, and their children and descendants. The church of Nicosia may treat Mendias as it wishes and may alienate it to any person, ecclesiastical or secular. The church can treat the properties as it wishes, including alienation to ecclesiastical or secular persons.
