Amalric, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Ierusalem Latinorum rex quintus, confirms under seal for Iosbertus Hospitalis Ierusalem magister and the brothers and poor of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem their purchase from Iohannes Lonbardus of Tyre of lands, vineyards and a garden for 800 besants. Witnesses: Raimundus comes Tripolis; Odo militie Templi magister; frater Berengarius; Hemfridus constabularius; Milo Montis Regalis domnus; Balduinus Ramarum domnus; Balianus frater eius; Gormundus de Tyberiade; Gerardus marescalcus et camerarius; Iohannes de Arsur; Rohardus de Ioppe; Gocelinus de Sumesac; Amalricus de Franliu; Amalricus de Cesarea. The charter was drawn up by Radulfus episcopus Bethleem regisque cancellarius.

Amalric, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Iherusalem Latinorum rex quintus, confirms the purchase by Iosbertus magister Hospitalis Iherusalem and the poor of the Hospital of a curtille from Alearde/Aldearde, widow of Othon de Verdun, for 760 besants. The curtille is situated below the Tower of David between the roads that lead to Bethlehem and Acheldamac, and between the lacus Germani and a garden belonging to the Hospital. The charter was drawn up by Petrus vicecancellarius regis.
