At the request of Ugo Cancellarius consul Januensium and Pechius consul Pisanorum, Philippus Cornarius bajulus Venetorum extends until the middle of next July the time limit for arbitration in a dispute between the Genoese and Pisan communities. Philippus Cornarius bajulus Venetorum informs Ugo de Ajola and Gaitanus consules Pisanorum that on the following day he will give his judgement in the case arising between them and the Genoese and orders them to be present, together with Pechius, who had been consul Pisanorum. Witnesses: Thomas Dandolo; Andreas Vidalis; Nicholaus Quirinus; Andreas de Auro; Marsilius Balbus; Matthaeus Teu-pulus; Jacobus Cavaturta magister Henricus judex Pisanorum; Ugo de Thodesco; Porcellinus, who had once been consul Pisanorum.
