[150] Out of love of God and his affection for frater Nycholaus de Guzanz, Rainaldus de Margat makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the poor of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and Rogerius de Molins magister, represented by frater Nicholaus de Gosanz, with the agreement of his son Bertrandus and in the presence and with the consent of Prince Bohemond III of Antioch. He gives whatever rights and dominium he had in the casale called Bearida, together with the servicium of 1 miles.
