The pecia terre stretches as far as the river called Pechea. He gives: the casale of Platanistias, situated in the territory of Paphos, with all rights, including villani, chevagii, dimi; the casale called Colos in the territory of Limassol, with all the rights, including villani, chevagii and dimi, that were held by Garinus de Colos, who has willingly surrendered them in exchange for another grant from the king; the prastia Monagrole, situated in the territory of Limassol, with all the land Hardewinus held there and with all rights, including villani, chevagii and dymi. King Hugh makes a further eleemosynary grant, to benefit the soul of his father King Aimery, of a prastia called Finica in the territory of Paphos with all rights, including villani, chevagii and dymi.He grants all the chevagia and dymi of the villani and their heirs in these lands. Amaury [actually Acharius] maire de la ville d’Antioche, records that in the presence of his court he has put the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem in possession of the city of Gibel. This had been given to the Order by Prince Raymond Rupen at a time when it was occupied by the infidels. The place has since been abandoned and in the presence of the court the Order’s banner was raised in the highest point in the city, which was delivered into the hands of frère Joubert châtelain de Margat.

On becoming a confrater of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem and with the consent of his wife Aalis, the sister of Bohemond [IV], prince of Antioch and count of Tripoli, Guido dominus Biblii makes a sealed eleemosynary grant to the Hospital of St John, represented by frater Guarinus de Monte Acuto magister, of a rent of 1000 besants in revenues from the territory of Latakia or Saonia, or a casale and other property, which had been given to him on his marriage by Bohemond in December 1204. He incorporates the charter from Bohemond. An interdict has been imposed on their city, because of the activities of the Knights Templar and the Hospitallers of St John. The Orders are not observing it and the clergy have asked if they may do the same. Pope Innocent III states that since the Templars and Hospitallers are exceeding their rights the bishop and chapter have licence to ignore the interdict.
