Baldwin, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Ierusalem Latinorum rex sextus, confirms under seal the leasing to his uncle and senescalcus Ioscelinus Edessani comitis filius by Hugo iuvenis the son of Hugo Bibliensis, with the agreement of his wife Stephania, of the Terra de Sancto Georgio and the wardship of the sons [baiulatio puerorum] of Ada Bethsamitis for 7 years on the annual payment in rent [censualiter] of 600 besants, payable in August. Ioscelinus, who makes a down payment to Hugo of 1300 besants, will enjoy all the fruits and revenues, but will render to the king the servicium owed for the property. All forfeits imposed judicially in the period will be shared with Hugo. If Hugo and his wife wish to establish a mansio in the territory during the period, the land needed for this should be returned to him. If Ioscelinus should supply the rustici with anything that belongs to him, it should be returned once the lease is ended. Baldwin, per dei gratiam in sancta civitate Iherusalem Latinorum rex sextus, makes an eleemosynary grant, confirming under seal an arbitration in a long dispute between Rogerius de Molinis magister, together with his brothers of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, and Rohardus de Chabor over land situated between Beroet and the Tolonum Rohardi de Chabor, which Rohardus unjustly claimed. The king ordered Ioscelinus, his uncle and senescalcus, some brothers of the Hospital - with the permission of Rohardus -, Antelmus de Luca, Radulfus de Nigella and others to walk the ground and measure out the boundaries. Rohardus then publicly renounced his claims.
