The gift consisted of a mahomeria situated outside Sidon, near the barbican that faces in the direction of Tyre, and a verger, including the gardener who cultivates it, together with his heirs, and a casale that Engerannus Luvet had given to the abbey. This was approved by Eustace’s brother Walter, in the presence of their mother Emma.
